Once you subscribe, your CrystalSub Box is prepared according to your selected delivery plan and shipped as part of our scheduled subscription batches.

Your subscription is billed automatically based on your chosen frequency. You’re always in control — you can adjust, pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.

SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
When will my box be shipped?
  • Monthly plan: Boxes are shipped as a batch on the 7th of each month.
  • If you subscribe within 5 days before the 7th, your first box will be included in the upcoming monthly shipment.
  • Every 2 weeks plan: Your first box is prepared after checkout, and future boxes ship every 14 days on the same weekday as your initial order.
  • Estimated delivery time after shipment is 7–12 business days.
  • Delivery time is counted from the date your package ships (not the date you place the order).
Can I change my delivery frequency or skip a box?

Yes! You can change your delivery frequency or skip a box directly from your account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Manage My Subscription
  3. Adjust your preferences
Can I gift a CrystalSub Box to someone?

Absolutely. A CrystalSub Box makes a thoughtful and meaningful gift.

Gift subscriptions can also be canceled or adjusted at any time, giving you full flexibility.

What happens if I resubscribe after canceling?

If you resubscribe, we’ll continue from your previous box sequence whenever possible to help you avoid duplicates.

How do I update my account details?

You can update your shipping address, payment method, and account info by logging into your account.

Please remember to set your preferred shipping address as the default.

  • Your first payment is charged immediately at checkout.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the 7th of each month.
  • Every 2 weeks subscriptions renew every 14 days from the initial order date.
  • Your subscription price stays the same unless you change your plan.
  • Discount codes apply to the first box only, unless otherwise stated.
What if my credit card is declined?

Some banks may flag subscription payments as international transactions.

If a payment fails, please check with your bank or update your payment details in your account. Our system may retry automatically.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is completely free. There are no additional shipping fees for your CrystalSub Box.
