1. General Information

CrystalSub is an online personalized gift store offering custom, made-to-order, and gift-focused products. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information & Personalization

Many CrystalSub products are personalized or made to order. Product images, previews, colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly depending on screen settings, production methods, material differences, and the information submitted by the customer.

By placing a personalized order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved all submitted customization details, including names, spelling, dates, text, photos, images, and shipping information.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes to your personalization details within 24 hours after placing your order. After 24 hours, your order may enter production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

5. Processing Time

Personalized and made-to-order items usually require 5-10 business days for production and processing before shipment. This processing time does not include shipping transit time.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or approved third-party payment providers. Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

CrystalSub is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as ordered due to our error, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, refund, or store credit.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier with delivery proof, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement for a package reported as not received.

9. Returns & Refunds

Personalized, custom, made-to-order, final sale, and special-priced items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue, the item arrives damaged, the wrong item is received, or the customization does not match the confirmed order details due to our error.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, customer-provided customization errors, incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, carrier delays after shipment, or unauthorized returns.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, designs, and branding, is the property of CrystalSub or its licensors and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

By uploading photos, images, text, or other customization materials, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials and grant us permission to use them solely to produce and fulfill your order.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website for illegal activities, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resale or redistribution, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any activity that disrupts or harms our website, services, customers, or business.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or impossible to fulfill.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrystalSub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, delivery delays, carrier issues, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
