3. Products & Natural Variations

All crystals, minerals, and handmade items sold by CrystalSub are natural products.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Each crystal is unique in color, shape, size, inclusions, texture, and pattern

  • Minor imperfections, surface marks, or natural fractures are normal characteristics, not defects

  • Product images are for reference only; actual items may vary slightly

These natural variations are not considered quality issues.

4. Subscription Products

CrystalSub offers subscription-based products (“Subscription Boxes”).

Subscription Terms:

  • Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription before the next billing cycle

  • Once a subscription order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded

CrystalSub reserves the right to adjust box contents based on availability while maintaining overall value.

5. Custom Orders

Custom orders include (but are not limited to):

  • Custom carvings

  • Custom crystal spheres or towers

  • Special custom projects

  • Custom engraving (logos, text, images)

Custom Order Policy:

  • Custom orders are final sale

  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds once production begins

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability or craftsmanship

By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved all customization details.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or approved third-party payment providers

Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Information:

  • We ship internationally

  • Estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days, unless otherwise stated

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

CrystalSub is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Force majeure events

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement or store credit.

9. Returns & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All sales are final

  • Subscription boxes, custom items, and clearance items are non-refundable

Approved refunds (if any) will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
